Voucher is non transferrable . The voucher can be only redeemed at the hotel and cannot be exchanged for value, cash, or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Any unused amount will be forfeited.

Cancellation policy

The voucher is neither refundable nor changeable. The voucher becomes invalid when cancelling after 4 pm on the day of the treatment or in case of no show.
